  21. I've tried it, it does work but it covers both the joystick ports.  
  22. Because of the way the A500's expansion port was designed, the device 
  23. won't fit flush with the side ot the A1000, there's a small (~15mm) gap, 
  24. so the right-angle plug on the original A1000 mouse can be made to fit, 
  25. but standard plugs are out of the question without an adaptor cable.
